refunds and exchanges

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, Hummingbird Road will offer a full refund for any products that arrive damaged. In order to receive a refund, please contact us via Etsy and notify us of the damage and then return the damaged item within 10 business days. In the event that your piece arrives damaged and you would like a replacement piece we would be glad to create one for you and ship it at our own expense.
